Cellophane shapes.

These are a super fun way to explore learning colours as you can get up close touch and look through them.

Miss Dot loved getting up close to these fun shapes as well as seeing the beautiful reflections they left on our carpet when the sunlight shone through them.


How to recreate this activity:


You will need:

  • Drinking straws
  • Cellophane
  • Clear tape

How to:

  1. Create your shapes by sticky taping your drinking straws together
  2. Then cover the shapes with your choice of coloured cellophane
  3. Tape edges down
  4. Attach to window with tape and enjoy.

  5. Speech
